Implementation Engineer _ Telecommunications Engineer - III

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed Location-specific Equipment Engineering.
• Develop all of the specifications required for installation forces to properly install, turn up, inventory, and configure the equipment.
• Obtain appropriate management approvals, issue purchase orders, and ensure vendor delivery.
• Manage, input, and update IFP, XNG, SPM to reflect new builds, adds, and decommissions.
• Document network elements with necessary identifiers (technical facility, location, bay/shelf, alarm points, etc.).
• Create workflows in the required systems.
• Communicate issues to lead engineers and work with regions to resolve them.
• Recommend changes to the process for national impact.
• Work in the following engineering systems on a daily basis: UUI/CoFEE, ICON, CCP, VPNS, ACTP, Venue, and FUZE.

Qualifications

• Experienced Database Administrator (DBA), update organization's databases and related applications to operate functionally and efficiently.
• Experience in Google Apps - can build automated reports on Google Docs and forms.
• Create and modify Google Docs, as well as customize the user interface with new menus, dialog boxes, and sidebars.
• Experience in Tableau, can build automated reports.
