Implementation & Customer Success Analyst

Our client is looking to add an Associate Implementation & Customer Success Analyst to support enterprise software implementation projects. This person will work directly with customers to understand their requirements, establish priorities and workflows, manage project documentation, and help validate software functionality. This person will serve as a liaison between the customer and internal development team. Day to day responsibilities will be testing, executing and maintaining test scripts, documenting requirements, tracking defects and supporting deployment activities. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. They will need to be a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing needs.
