Implementation Coordinator

Job Duties

• Document, manage, and execute benefit designs for new ProAct business in all appropriate systems.
• Affiliate in processing and implementing benefit changes and/or updates for existing ProAct business in all appropriate systems.
• Affiliate in performing quality assurance audits on a regular basis to measure client satisfaction.
• Maintain client information integrity within all appropriate systems.
• Affiliate with Custom Service Representatives and Account Resources in the resolution of customer service issues, requiring additional support, to ensure complete client satisfaction.
• Cook up and manage the distribution of member mailings and welcome materials.
• Interface with various external business partners, as needed, for benefit/program development and problem resolution.
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and implement the setup and support of new ProAct client benefits for all aspects of customer service, account management, and quality assurance.
• Act as an internal resource for other departments for maintaining integrity of benefit designs.
