Position Summary
The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day logistics of deploying the InSite Wellness Platform across partner schools. Working closely with the District Account Manager, clinical team, and InSite's engineering and operations staff, this role owns the project plan, tracks school-level onboarding progress, coordinates training schedules, and ensures each school is set up correctly and uses the platform effectively. This is a highly organized, execution-focused role suited to someone who thrives on managing moving parts and keeping complex projects on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Onboarding and Configuration
- Coordinate SIS data feeds, SSO configuration, and school roster setup in partnership with InSite's engineering team and district IT staff
- Manage school-level platform configuration including role assignments, user accounts, and workflow settings
- Conduct connectivity and platform readiness checks with pilot schools prior to go-live
- Document configuration decisions and maintain a school-by-school onboarding tracker
- Rollout Project Management
- Own and maintain the master implementation project plan across all five rollout phases
- Track onboarding milestones for each school cohort and flag delays to the District Account Manager
- Coordinate scheduling for training sessions, go-live dates, and post-launch check-ins across 160+ schools
- Manage the feedback loop with pilot schools and compile findings for Phase 3 districtwide rollout
- Training Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate all virtual and in-person training sessions with school administrators, counselors, and SROs
- Manage training materials, registration, and attendance tracking within the InSite Wellness Platform
- Support the clinical training team with logistics for in-person BTAM training sessions
- Ensure new staff onboarding sessions are scheduled and completed in a timely manner
- Support and Issue Resolution
- Serve as first-line technical support for school-level platform questions and issues during rollout
- Triage incoming support requests and escalate to InSite's technical or clinical team as appropriate
- Maintain a support log and report on issue volume and resolution times weekly
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, implementation management, or operations in a SaaS, healthcare, or education environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Comfortable working with technology platforms and coordinating with technical teams on configuration and integration tasks
- Excellent written communication and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Self-directed and able to manage a complex workload with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with K-12 school district operations or education technology implementations
- Prior experience working with children, youth, or families in an educational or community setting
- Familiarity with Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM) processes or school safety programs
- Familiarity with SIS systems (PowerSchool, Skyward, Infinite Campus) or SSO platforms
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
- Prior experience supporting large institutional rollouts across multiple sites

Pay
Compensation Range: $60K - $75K
