• Support Cardsuite migrations and net‑new client onboardings.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in client onboarding, having led end‑to‑end onboarding processes for diverse client portfolios, ensuring seamless implementation, accelerated time‑to‑value, and long‑term satisfaction.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and tailor onboarding strategies to meet unique client needs.
• Strong client‑facing experience, building trusted relationships through clear communication, proactive support, and a consultative approach; served as primary point of contact from initial engagement through post‑onboarding.
• Excellent communication skills; able to break down complex ideas for clients, teammates, and executives.
