About the role

Within our Professional Services (PS) organization, we are looking for organized individuals that want to help carry out the PS mission of enabling our healthcare customers to maximize the value of QGenda! Individuals that have a thirst for knowledge, a natural curiosity to learn and a desire to help customers solve their business objectives with technology.

Responsibilities

  • Build QGenda products according to data requirements and ensure constant communication with project team members throughout the implementation phase.
  • Implement our Credentialing and Payer Enrollment products.
  • Establish a strong foundation that will drive future successes.
  • Complete configuration according to customers’ success criteria determined during the onboarding process.
  • Use established best practices to address targeted business outcomes and ensure transfer of configuration knowledge to the Customer Success organization.
  • Work cross-functionally with Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and other QGenda resources, to ensure all customer requirements are scoped and delivered.
  • Maintain task plans and timelines in workflow management system and customer success platform (CSP).
  • Escalate to management when customer’s success criteria are in jeopardy and when customers are dissatisfied with progress and movement of the on-boarding process.

Requirements

  • Able to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Show attention to detail pertaining to product setup and configuration and have creative problem solving capabilities.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a related field or function.
  • Have experience or exposure to Provider Credentialing.
  • Have experience or exposure to SaaS/Software technical configuration and implementation experience.
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to travel 20-25% for customer meetings, conferences and other industry events.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software.

Skills

  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Provider Credentialing.
  • Experience with SaaS/Software technical configuration and implementation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
