Implementation Consultant - Compliance Software

The Role

We are looking for driven, innovative Implementation Consultants to implement and optimize Calculo, Educe’s leading CPE compliance software. The Implementation Consultant is responsible for requirements analysis, business process mapping, training, solution design, and ongoing operations of Educe software products. You will work closely with Educe clients to help them transition to a new cloud-based software application, helping them optimize the return on their technology investment. You will serve as the liaison between the client business teams and the technical resources assigned to the project, helping clients align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document design specifications for the application.
• Implement application design by working closely with both the client and Educe technical team.
• Lead client onboarding sessions, system configurations, and validating client requirements.
• Lead client virtual demonstrations and walkthroughs of the application.
• Create and maintain client-specific documentation, including configuration guides and training materials.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, troubleshooting product issues as they apply to the client’s business.
• Participate in end-user training by providing both product expertise and insight on the client's business processes and solution design.
• Help develop and improve the Educe internal infrastructure as a whole and contribute to organizational objectives.

Requirements

• A good understanding of software functionality and system configurations, with the ability to interpret business needs and recommend system solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of data related to enterprise-wide applications, with the ability to resolve complex system or business issues, often thinking on your feet, and offering multiple creative solutions or options.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is required for building and maintaining data visualizations and reports.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be comfortable with public speaking and facilitating group discussions with senior executives.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely and build relationships with client executives and external stakeholders.
• An attention to detail and solution-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• The ability to work independently, as well as contribute significantly in coordination with a team.
• A passion for service, pride in the quality of your work, and the ability to be resourceful and take initiative.
• The ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple projects.
• The ability to be flexible to and adapt to the dynamic nature of consulting engagements.
• Knowledge of MS Office/365, Jira, and HR-based software is a plus.
• Experience with accounting and/or finance software and an understanding of regulatory compliance is a plus.
