Implementation Consultant
About the role
This Implementation Consultant role lives within the customer engagement arm of the Granicus' GovQA product family and is a key member of the Implementation Services (IS) team. This highly visible role helps existing and new customers transform the public records experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple Granicus projects on schedule and with high quality from kick-off to launch
- Maintain project plans including status, issues and opportunities for assigned implementations
- Advocate and evangelize "best practices" to ensure long term success and value for Granicus clients
- Ensure implementations meet client specific missions and solve core challenges around digital communications
- Facilitate online client trainings
- Manage system-wide projects in partnership with Product Development
- Ability to deploy all GovQA products for small to medium sized clients
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Candidates should bring a consultative approach and a "whatever it takes" attitude to ensure client success. They should have 3 – 5 years of experience working in software/tech, specifically with Implementations, a basic understanding of technology, and a passion for customers.
Qualifications
Expert product knowledge, attention to detail, versatility, and enthusiasm for client success are cornerstones for this role. Candidates should have excellent communications skills – listening, verbal, and written, and a relentless commitment to doing the most valuable work first.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams, and a passion for customers are essential. Candidates should also have a track record of functioning well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing demands.

Pay
USD $51,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
Security Requirement
Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program.
