Implementation Analyst

About the role

The Implementation Analyst will support the implementation team at Hallmark Health Care Solutions, providing guidance, support, and analytics to ensure client success with the Heisenberg II solution.

Responsibilities

• Understand the complete provider compensation/physician enterprise solution
• Understand the client requirements, identify the system dependencies
• Work with the implementation team to understand and build compensation models specific to the client needs
• Manage high volume of work and manage complex projects
• Provide excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention-to-detail and follow-up skills
• Be organized with a passion to deliver quality results
• Function with minimal guidance and coordinate with others in a demanding and client-focused environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in provider compensation role; preferably working on an implementation team
• Experience working with a project manager to gather documents, verify/analyze data, conduct discovery sessions, draft scoping document, configuration of the solution based on client scope, and assist with system validation
• Fluent in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word tools
• Strong understanding of Provider Compensation Methodologies
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• MS Excel proficiency
