We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly engaged Immunology Business Director (IBD) to lead a field sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader to build and develop a high-performing team, translate brand strategy into exceptional field execution, and play a critical leadership role. The Immunology Business Director will lead a team of Immunology Therapeutic Specialists, creating a culture centered on performance, accountability, collaboration, integrity, and patients. The successful candidate will bring strong specialty-market experience, exceptional coaching capabilities, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead through the complexity and pace of a product launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team: Lead, coach, develop, and inspire a team of Immunology Therapeutic Specialists. Build a culture of high performance, accountability, integrity, compliance, and continuous learning. Provide meaningful field coaching through joint calls, observation, feedback, and skill development. Identify and develop top talent and future leaders.
• Drive Business Performance & Launch Excellence: Translate national brand strategy into clear regional priorities, business plans, account strategies, and field execution. Analyze market and performance data to identify opportunities
