Immunisation Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of immunisation programs across Western Sydney Local Health District
- Develop and drive strategies to improve vaccination uptake and achieve immunisation coverage targets
- Provide expert advice and consultation to health professionals, stakeholders, technical networks and the wider community
- Lead research, quality improvement and service evaluation initiatives to advance immunisation practice and outcomes
- Build and support a high-performing team while fostering strong partnerships across healthcare, public health and community sectors
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in health-related field and/or relevant experience
- Expert knowledge of immunisation issues, policies practices and procedures
- Proven ability to initiate strategies to improve immunisation uptake in the general community and disadvantaged groups
- High level written communication skills and demonstrated effective communication and inter-personal skills
- Demonstrated skill and experience in strategic and clinical service planning, delivery & evaluation
- Demonstrated management experience in a clinical or community health setting

Remuneration: $69.35 - $78.79 per hour
