Immigration Specialist, M&A

Responsibilities

• Lead immigration due diligence for acquisitions and acqui-hires
• Advises Corporate Development and Legal teams throughout the deal lifecycle
• Designs integration plans for transferring foreign nationals smoothly
• Ensures compliance with domestic and international employment obligations
• Develops playbooks and frameworks for scalable M&A immigration processes

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in business immigration related to M&A and corporate restructuring
• Experience managing multiple confidential, deadline-driven transactions
• Strong written communication skills for translating complex issues into clear guidance
• Independent judgment in decision-making under time constraints
• Minimum 8 years of immigration experience, preferably in M&A contexts

Pay

$235,000 – $300,000 annually
