Responsibilities
- Manage 200+ active immigration cases
- Prepare and file employment-based petitions (H-1B, PERM, I-140, I-485, L-1, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with USCIS regulations
- Cook up coordination with internal departments and legal counsel
- Serve as a key resource for immigration-related guidance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of immigration processing experience
- Strong understanding of employment-based immigration processes and laws
- Experience handling high-volume caseloads
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Paralegal background or embassy/consular experience is a plus
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s or Paralegal certification preferred
