About the Role

If you enjoy representing clients in immigration court but don’t want the demands of managing a full caseload, this opportunity is designed for you. Lisinski Law Firm is seeking experienced immigration attorneys to represent clients at scheduled Individual Calendar Hearings on an appointment-based contract basis. This role allows you to continue practicing meaningful immigration law while maintaining flexibility to balance other professional commitments. Assignments are scheduled in advance during standard court business hours, enabling you to focus on advocacy and courtroom representation while our team handles preparation, logistics, and ongoing case management. We provide operational support, malpractice coverage, and attorney preparation so you can concentrate on delivering exceptional representation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as co-counsel on client matters, representing clients at Individual Calendar Hearings.
  • Appear in person for scheduled immigration court hearings.
  • Advocate professionally on behalf of clients and communicate case developments accurately.
  • Follow attorney preparation materials and firm instructions.
  • Report hearing outcomes using established firm templates.

Requirements

  • Active U.S. bar license (any jurisdiction).
  • 3–5 years of immigration or courtroom experience (USCIS or EOIR).
  • Basic knowledge of immigration law.
  • Availability during standard court business hours.
