Associate Immigration Attorney

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients
• Devise strategies for clients' matters
• Finalize and customize immigration documents
• Draft immigration and family pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Supervise and delegate work to paralegals and assistants
• Prepare for and attend immigration court hearings
• Supervise applications

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of attorney experience in immigration
• Active member of the State Bar
• Fluency in Spanish
