Associate Immigration Attorney
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients
- Devise strategies for clients' matters
- Finalize and customize immigration documents
- Draft immigration and family pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Supervise and delegate work to paralegals and assistants
- Prepare for and attend immigration court hearings
- Supervise applications
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of attorney experience in immigration
- Active member of the State Bar
- Fluency in Spanish
