You will own the consultation experience: understanding each prospective client's situation, explaining their options clearly, and helping them decide whether — and how — to move forward with us. This is a contract role with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their immigration goals and circumstancesClearly explain available options, likely timelines, and next stepsRepresent the firm's expertise and approach in every client interactionHelp convert consultations into onboarded clients where appropriateKeep accurate notes and case details for handoff to the broader teamStay current on immigration law and policy relevant to the firm's practice areasWorking HoursRemote, part-time contract roleAvailable 2–3 days per week, Monday through Friday, during U.S. business hoursFlexible scheduling within those daysRequirementsLicensed attorney with experience in U.S. immigration lawStrong client-facing communication skills — comfortable leading consultations independentlyAbility to clearly explain complex legal concepts to a non-legal audienceReliable, self-directed, and comfortable working remotelyFamiliarity with employment-based immigration categories (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1) a plusCompensationHourly pay: $65–$100, based on experienceBonus awarded for each prospective client successfully onboardedPotential path to a full-time role based on performance How to ApplySubmit your application:https://hasan-legal.com/careers/immigration-consultation-attorney-4 Hasan Legal PC is an equal opportunity employer.
