Immigration Consultant – US Staffing

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with U.S. employment-based immigration processes
• Strong understanding of staffing-related immigration requirements
• 3-5+ years of experience in immigration consulting or a related role
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration processes and visa categories
• Experience supporting U.S. Staffing or IT Staffing operations
• Familiarity with H-1B, OPT/CPT, TN, L-1, E-3, and Green Card processes
• Understanding of USCIS regulations, Labor Condition Applications (LCAs), and PERM processes is preferred
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple immigration cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
