About the Role

Location: Louisville, KY
Engagement: Gig / Contract / Appointment-Based

This opportunity is designed for experienced immigration attorneys who enjoy representing clients in immigration court but prefer not to manage a full caseload. The role allows you to practice meaningful immigration law while maintaining flexibility to balance other professional commitments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as co-counsel on client matters, representing clients at Individual Calendar Hearings.
• Appear in person for scheduled immigration court hearings.
• Advocate professionally on behalf of clients and communicate case developments accurately.
• Follow attorney preparation materials and firm instructions.
• Report hearing outcomes using established firm templates.

Requirements
