About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney with strong experience practicing U.S. immigration law at a BigLaw firm or comparable top-tier legal practice. The successful candidate will use their legal expertise to analyze complex immigration matters, review legal documentation, conduct legal research, and provide well-reasoned written analysis. The role also involves evaluating legal scenarios and providing structured feedback on legal content and model-generated responses.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex U.S. immigration law questions and case scenarios.
- Provide accurate, well-reasoned written legal analysis.
- Review and refine immigration forms, legal documents, correspondence, and other materials.
- Assess legal documents for accuracy, completeness, clarity, and compliance with applicable requirements.
- Conduct legal research using established legal research databases and resources.
- Analyze immigration case processes and identify relevant legal concepts and requirements.
- Evaluate draft legal responses and provide detailed feedback to improve legal accuracy and reasoning.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and potential legal issues in written materials.
- Clearly explain complex immigration concepts in written and verbal formats.
- Collaborate with project managers and other legal subject-matter experts in a technology-driven environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional legal and ethical standards.

Candidates should have strong experience in one or more areas of U.S. immigration law, including:
- Employment-based immigration
- Family-based immigration
- Nonimmigrant visas
- Immigrant visas
- Adjustment of status
- Consular processing
- PERM and employment-based green cards
- Removal/deportation matters
- Asylum and humanitarian immigration
- Citizenship and naturalization
- Immigration compliance
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent U.S. law degree.
- Experience practicing U.S. immigration law.
- Experience at a BigLaw firm, major law firm, or comparable top-tier legal practice.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex immigration cases and documentation.
- Strong understanding of U.S. immigration statutes, regulations, procedures, and case law.
- Experience reviewing and drafting complex legal documents.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional legal ethics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with legal case management platforms.
- Experience using legal research databases and legal technology tools.
- Experience providing legal analysis or structured feedback on complex legal content.
- Experience working on technology-driven legal projects.
- Experience with AI-assisted legal research, legal technology, or AI evaluation projects.
- Experience working with large-scale legal documentation or case-review projects.
- Legal research and writing experience.
- Relevant case management/legal technology experience.
- Bar admission and jurisdiction(s), where applicable.
