Responsibilities

• Work on individual immigration matters including O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, H-1B, family-based, and marriage-based cases.

Requirements

• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission (or awaiting results for associates).
• A full commitment to Manifest's SLAs and quality standards.
• A self-motivated and ownership mindset.
• A communication standard that clients notice and remember.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Genuine interest in immigration law.
• High responsiveness.
• The ambition to develop fast (for Associates).
• Experience with employment-based or extraordinary ability petitions (for Mid-Level).
• Growing comfort with direct client communication (for Mid-Level).
• The drive to take real ownership of your matters (for Mid-Level).
• Deep expertise in O-1, EB-1A, and/or EB-2 NIW strategy (for Senior).
• The ability to mentor junior attorneys (for Senior).
• The ambition to grow toward practice leadership (for Senior).

Pay

$130,000–$250,000. Base scales with experience. Performance bonus scales with your output and quality.
