About the role
The IRC Grant Coordinator is responsible for managing grant applications, coordinating with external funders, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage grant applications from inception to completion
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure grant objectives align with organizational goals
- Coordinate with external funders to address questions and provide updates
- Ensure all grant documents are compliant with funding agency guidelines
- Monitor progress against grant objectives and report regularly to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in grant management or a similar field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with non-profit organizations
- Knowledge of federal and state grant programs
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay
Salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
