On-siteEducationFull-time
As a Student Rotational Intern, you're the curious, eager learner who gets to experience the heart of a 5 Star world-class resort from the inside. You're a natural team player who stays upbeat and focused even when things get busy, and you take pride in doing the small things well. If you love meeting people, picking up new skills fast, and making someone's day a little brighter, this role is for you. You'll rotate through departments such as Rooms, Guest Services, Parking, and Food & Beverage, training and working alongside our teams in line-level roles to learn how each area runs. Along the way, you'll greet and assist guests and members, answer questions about Sea Island and the surrounding area, keep your work areas clean and organized, and follow through on every guest request. You'll attend team meetings, share your ideas for improvement, and report any equipment or safety concerns right away. Every shift you work helps make sure guests and members feel welcome and well cared for. It's hands-on, learn-as-you-go work that builds real experience for your future in hospitality while making a real difference for the people you work with and serve every day. You respond to guest requests and follow through to ensure satisfactory outcomes and compliance. You set the tone by consistently upholding and ensuring compliance with departmental procedures, including standards for quality, timing, attendance, and appearance. You follow and ensure all Sea Island safety protocols are consistently met through situational awareness of your surroundings. You enthusiastically maintain your knowledge of Sea Island’s properties, services, and offerings, and share this information with guests and members. You are proactive in helping when needed and are willing to help with other areas or duties as requested. You form effective relationships and work closely with resort departments to maintain rapport and foster open communication. You maintain a thorough knowledge of current services, amenities, activities, dining options, shops, local attractions, and historical information regarding Sea Island and the surrounding area. When needed or requested by leadership, you act to promptly resolve concerns, coordinating necessary efforts through the appropriate departments and consistently follow-up to ensure resolution.
