Job Title: Senior Frontend Engineer (React) About the role We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team and help us build the next generation of immersive event directories. Our platform helps organizers, exhibitors, and visitors connect before, during, and after events. You’ll work on a product that is live in 24 hours, requires zero manual work from exhibitors, and provides real-time engagement tracking for organizers. Responsibilities • Build and maintain the frontend for our immersive event directory platform using React, TypeScript, and modern tooling. • Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to create intuitive, high-performance user interfaces. • Optimize the platform for real-time engagement tracking, including visitor activity, lead capture, and exhibitor analytics. • Ensure the platform is responsive, accessible, and works seamlessly across devices. • Work with product managers to define and iterate on features that enhance user experience for organizers, exhibitors, and visitors. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices for frontend development. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript. • Experience building complex, data-driven applications with real-time updates. • Proficiency in modern frontend tooling (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Jest, Cypress). • Strong understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design. • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with designers, backend engineers, and product managers. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building intuitive user experiences.
