Responsibilities

• Create a curriculum that is backwards planned from Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).
• Provide instruction that is culturally responsive and culturally sustaining.
• Use data to refine curriculum and inform instructional practices.
• Execute Noble’s Identity Framework with fidelity to create a positive, structured learning environment where students are safe, supported, and empowered to grow academically.
• Teach and advise an advisory, which typically meets daily, serving as the primary point of contact for families. Advisory provides dedicated time for students to assess their progress toward promotion, foster relationships, and build community with peers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Active Illinois Teaching License preferred.

Pay

Compensation range is $60,000–$81,000.
