About the role

Caregiver’s Home Solutions (CHS) is a family-owned, award-winning home care agency serving Fairfield and New Haven counties. We seek dedicated, experienced caregivers who are compassionate, adaptable, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily living skills such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and light exercises
• Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
• Offering companionship and social engagement
• Keeping detailed notes of care and changes
• Providing transportation to appointments and errands

Requirements

• Experienced with gait belts, Hoyer lifts, transfer boards, and other equipment
• Drivers with a valid license and reliable vehicle (must have a clean record)
• Bilingual (Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, Creole) - a big plus

Qualifications

• Able to pass a national background check
• Able to assist with personal hygiene tasks
• Able to perform basic housekeeping duties

Skills
