Caregiver - Immediate Openings

Pay

Hourly rate: $18.50 – $19.25 per hour, paid weekly with direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and incontinence management
• Maintain consistent care by working at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
• Utilize the company’s mobile app for real‑time client updates, schedule management, and earnings tracking
• Access 24/7 support from the Home Instead team

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non‑family) or certification as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply)
• Completion of any required compliance, licensing, or registration requirements
