Are you an experienced Quality Inspector or manufacturing professional who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and keeping work organized? TFT Global Inc. is looking for a Quality Team Leader to provide hands-on leadership to a team of Quality Inspectors. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step into leadership while still working directly with the team on the floor. You don't necessarily need years of management experience. We're looking for someone who understands quality, communicates well, can train and guide others, and is ready for more responsibility. The position provides hands-on supervision of assigned Inspectors, employee training, quality-related documentation, data review, competency reviews, and customer communication. What You'll Do As a Quality Team Leader, you'll: Provide hands-on leadership and daily direction to Quality InspectorsTrain Inspectors on work instructions, quality expectations, and job requirementsPrepare and communicate work instructionsHelp set up work cells and maintain 5S and organized work areasReview quality and production dataSupport accurate timekeeping for assigned employeesParticipate in new employee orientation and trainingProvide input for employee performance evaluationsComplete competency reviews for InspectorsCommunicate with customer representatives when neededSupport ISO procedures, continuous improvement, safety, and quality requirementsHelp ensure work is performed safely, accurately, and according to customer expectations Requirements We're especially interested in candidates with quality inspection or manufacturing experience who are ready to grow into a lead role. Ideal candidates will have: Experience in quality inspection, quality control, manufacturing, production, automotive, warehouse, or a related environmentExperience training, mentoring, guiding, or supporting coworkersStrong communication skillsGood attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow and explain work instructions and proceduresBasic computer skills and the ability to learn job-related systems and scannersFamiliarity with 5S, ISO procedures, or continuous improvement is a plusAbility to work effectively with employees and customersFlexibility to meet changing customer and operational needsA valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and vehicle insurance, as some local travel is required If you're dependable, quality-focused, comfortable training others, and ready to take on more responsibility, we want to hear from you.
