Immediate Opening for Quality Services Supervisor 3rd Shift

About the Role

TFT Global Inc. is seeking a Quality Services Supervisor to lead and support Team Leaders and Inspectors in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for hands-on leaders who excel at team development, problem-solving, and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide daily direction to assigned teams of Team Leaders and Inspectors
• Coordinate daily schedules and staffing to meet customer requirements
• Coach, train, and develop employees to enhance individual and team performance
• Assist with new employee orientation and ongoing training
• Monitor employee performance and contribute to performance reviews
• Ensure accurate daily operational and quality data
• Complete scheduled Layered Process Audits (LPAs)
• Support 5S, ISO procedures, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot operational issues and identify improvements
• Work closely with customer representatives and Shipping & Receiving
• Review and authorize employee time sheets
• Ensure teams adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer requirements
• Promote a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment

Requirements

• Previous supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience
• Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, production, or related field
• Experience scheduling employees and coordinating daily staffing needs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience coaching, training, or developing employees
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with ISO standards, 5S, quality procedures, or continuous improvement
• Proficiency in using computers for scheduling, timekeeping, data review, and communication
• Flexibility to adapt to changing customer and operational needs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel

Pay

Starting wages are $22.59 per hour.
