TFT Global Inc. is looking for a Quality Services Supervisor to lead and support Team Leaders and Inspectors in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the floor with their team, developing employees, coordinating daily operations, solving problems, and ensuring quality and customer expectations are met. What You'll Do As a Quality Services Supervisor, you'll: Supervise and provide daily direction to assigned teams of Team Leaders and InspectorsCoordinate daily schedules and staffing to support customer requirementsCoach, train, and develop employees to improve individual and team performanceAssist with new employee orientation and ongoing trainingMonitor employee performance and provide input for performance reviewsHelp ensure accurate daily operational and quality dataComplete scheduled Layered Process Audits (LPAs)Support 5S, ISO procedures, safety, quality, and continuous improvementTroubleshoot operational issues and help identify improvementsWork closely with customer representatives and Shipping & ReceivingReview and authorize employee time sheetsHelp ensure teams consistently follow company policies, procedures, and customer requirementsPromote a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment Requirements We're looking for a hands-on leader who can balance people, quality, customer service, and day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates will bring: Previous supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experienceExperience in quality inspection, manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, production, or a related environmentExperience scheduling employees and coordinating daily staffing needsStrong communication and customer service skillsExperience coaching, training, or developing employeesGood problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with ISO standards, 5S, quality procedures, or continuous improvementAbility to use computers for scheduling, timekeeping, data review, communication, and other daily tasksFlexibility to support changing customer and operational needsA valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as some local travel is required If you're a Team Leader or Supervisor ready for your next opportunity, and you enjoy developing employees, solving problems, supporting customers, and keeping operations running smoothly, we'd like to hear from you.
