Forklift Operator - 1st Shift

Position Overview: Support community feeding efforts by operating forklifts to replenish products, ensuring warehouse efficiency and safety. Responsibilities: Operate forklifts, transport merchandise, track inventory with technology, stack and rotate products, replenish pick slots, stage finished goods, load/unload trailers, and adhere to safety protocols.Physical Requirements: Stand, bend, lift (1-60 lbs), pivot frequently, handle sharp objects safely, and work on multiple levels.Qualifications & Skills: Minimum one year of material handling equipment experience, strong safety awareness, team-oriented attitude, and willingness to follow safety procedures.Compensation & Benefits: $25/hour plus shift differential and incentives, paid training, benefits from day one (medical, dental, vision, 401k), PTO, holiday pay, career growth opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs.Environment: Warehouse with temperatures between 50°-90° and occasional handling of sharp tools.
