About the role

Castle Rock Home Care is actively hiring Home Health Aides to provide top-quality, compassionate care to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Assist with medication management and administration
• Monitor and report on client's health status and progress
• Engage in social activities and support emotional well-being
• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid New York State driver’s license
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in home health care or related field preferred

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work long hours and varied schedules
