Responsibilities

• Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and personal care
• Execute client care plans as outlined by the Care Designer
• Meet client safety needs and use equipment safely and properly
li>Function within the limits of your experience and knowledge, practicing safely and competently
• Complete accurate and thorough records and documentation
• Service the Dane County Area, with visit times between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM on weekdays (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Requirements

• 6 months of previous caregiving experience
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English (additional languages are an asset)
• Current TB Screen
• Eligibility to work legally in the USA
• Valid driver's license

What We Offer

• Pay rate: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
• Location: West Madison
• 24/7 support center for scheduling and client care assistance
• In-home care with private clients
• Paid mileage
