Caregiver - Immediate Hiring

About the role

Senior Helpers is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers and CNAs to provide quality in-home care to seniors throughout Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens County.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities
• Provide walking, transfers, and mobility assistance
• Offer companionship and meaningful conversation
• Prepare simple meals and perform light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders within state guidelines
• Communicate with families and the care team
• Complete basic digital care notes

Requirements

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
• CNA certification/license for CNA positions
• Compassion, patience, dependability, and strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Pay

• CNAs: Starting at $16/hr
• Non-CNAs: $12–$15/hr
