Immediate Hire: In-Home Caregiver – Dementia Experience Required

About the Role

As a Caregiver/Personal Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors—one life at a time. Our clients have a variety of needs, from companionship, running errands, and enjoying activities together to assistance with mobility, personal care, medications, and daily routines. We are currently looking for caregivers with experience caring for seniors with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with seniors.
• Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license.
• Proof of auto insurance with your name listed as a driver and a clean driving record.
• Ability to clear background check and drug screening.
• Dependability and integrity.
• Desire to make a difference, especially in supporting individuals with memory loss or dementia.

• Competitive starting pay at $19–$21 per hour based on Hands-on Skill and Dementia Competence assessments.
