Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor and record client health and medication schedules
- Ensure safety and security of clients at all times
- Communicate regularly with family members and healthcare providers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aid (HHA)
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and moving of individuals
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
