About the role

Brazos Home Care is seeking a loving, compassionate, and hardworking Skilled InHome Caregiver with 1+ years of experience to provide exceptional care to elderly clients in Bryan, TX and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Assist with medication reminders and health monitoring as directed
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition promptly

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an in-home caregiver
• Caregiver must be compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and active car insurance are required
• A background check, references, and drug screening are required
