Immediate Full-Time Physical Therapist - Seattle, WA

About the role

We are seeking an immediate full-time Physical Therapist to join our expanding outpatient orthopedic clinic in Seattle, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a thriving, patient-focused practice experiencing strong and consistent growth.

Responsibilities

• Establish an accurate diagnosis and successful treatment plan for all patients
• Utilize our EMR Prompt to complete notes in a timely fashion
• Meet company standards for metrics/stats for your caseload
• Meet once a month with the owner
• Meet once weekly as a team
• Participate in a structured 6–8 week onboarding program that includes business education on the “why” behind company standards
• Write 3–5 sentence discharge letters to patients upon graduation from PT
• Achieve 1+ patient reviews per month (12+ per year) to support SEO

Requirements

• Obsessed about great patient outcomes (Preferred)
• Regularly utilizes the Test-Treat-Retest approach (Preferred)
• Looking for mentorship (Preferred)
• Have a valid Washington PT License or are in the process of completing licensure requirements
• Liability insurance facesheet (HPSO is preferred)
