IMM - Materials Program Manager

Two positions available in Melbourne, FL.

About the role

Coordinate all Phenom 100/100E, Phenom 300/300E, and Praetor 500/600 Material Programs Management activities, including AOG support, on-site stock audits and reconciliations, core return analysis, invoice disputes, retrofit/sales campaigns, and all other material and logistics activities to enhance services direct to executive customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requests regarding material services and supply chain activities, such as inquiries on material support processes, AOG escalation, repair management, supply chain policies, parts warranty, and core management.
• Oversee and provide updates on material support & logistics processes and projects at Embraer Executive Operators Conference (EEOC).
• Ensure compliance with scheduled customer visits and trainings at service centers.
• Coordinate the global distribution of parts for retrofit campaigns to maximize aircraft availability, including tracking parts and coordinating with service centers and customers on scheduling needs.
• Manage on-site stock inventory counts, audits, and replenishment metrics.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for retrofit campaign implementation.
• Interface with corporate planning and customer support programs to review retrofit plans and forecast parameters for seed units in the campaign.
• Provide guidance and updates to operators regarding the status of full material performance, including root cause analysis and ongoing action plans.
• Establish corrective actions and develop recovery plans for compromised material services processes.
• Maintain global interface with critical company units, customers, operators, suppliers, contracted maintenance shops, technical representatives, engineers, technical assistants, and customer account managers.
• Partner with the new business development team to define future opportunities in material support services.

Requirements

The positions require a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Management, International Relations, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations.

• Customer account management of large aviation fleets.
• Supply chain operations and order management for Embraer aircraft models Phenom 100/100E, Phenom 300/300E, and Praetor 500/600.
• Order taking for executive aircraft spare parts.
• Core returns.
• Retrofit campaigns.
• Repair management.
• Pool programs.
• Contract management.
• CCPM programs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP MRP, Doors, BI applications, PLM software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of FAA, ANAC, and EASA regulations.

Experience can be concurrent.

Pay

$120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year.

Schedule

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week.
