Imersão consciente em si mesmo
Introduction
A few days ago, I participated in a three-day professional immersion. Already feeling tired when the facilitator proposed a group dynamic to recall the best moments of life. I saw the faces of each person sharing their experiences shine, sparkle, and smile, leaving aside the fatigue of the days. The stories reflected what each participant had of the best. The essence of humanity was present. Humanity has a beautiful potential for good, justice, and beauty. But worries, fear, and common problems of adult life end up burying and suffocating the pure and legitimate feeling of life, generating a force field that exhausts internal energies. The third day of the course created bonds, camaraderie, and sympathy among all. In reality, during the first two days, I heard very different reports. Managers of companies shared their professional experiences with a certain arrogance, expressing thoughts of vanity and lack of understanding regarding the mistakes of their subordinates. As a Logosofia researcher for some years, that panorama transformed into a laboratory. I reflected that the configuration of human psychology, in its essence, is good and pure, but the mask of the persona that we make us wear since childhood leads to the creation of two beings inhabiting the same body. How to deal with this duality that represents good and evil within us? The Logosófico method teaches to observe the mental world – the world of thoughts that constantly move – as if it were a public square, where many of them make us lose time with things of little importance for life. The method favors an inside formation. While outside we acquire diplomas, titles, and hierarchical positions in companies, inside we continue nurturing the same questions, disputes, and grudges for years. But with the application of the Logosófico lens, the lenses of understanding are exchanged, and everything we live passes to be useful for evolution and advancement. Logosofia teaches to maintain a conscious state, which transforms us into a kind of archaeologist, guiding us by the hands to discover what is precious in us. What do we do on a daily basis that keeps us away from or brings us closer to our best? The more one lives with consciousness, as if it were an immersion in oneself, the closer one gets to happiness. Logosofia reconciles us with who we truly are because it leads us to manage feeling, thinking, and our own behavior.
