IMAX Theater Projectionist

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the Marbles IMAX Digital Projection System and complete a written operational report at the end of each shift
• Maintain projection booth cleanliness by keeping work surfaces tidied and vacuuming booth carpet using the central vac system
• Aid the Retail Operations Team with concessions sales, ticket scanning, concessions, and glasses inventory management, and any other support required to ensure a positive theater guest experience
• Support staff, facility rental clients, and guests with event setup (AV & program furniture) and breakdown related needs as directed by a lead

Physical Demands

• Walking, standing, stooping, bending, and reaching
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally use a ladder, and go up and down stairs

Schedule

• Weekend availability is required
• Schedule flexibility is required including weekdays, late nights, and holidays
