Imaging Technologist Intern

About the role

Perform imaging procedures under the general supervision of Medical Imaging team members, utilizing the guidelines of the professional practice standards of specific modalities the co-op experience is in. Perform procedures according to requirements of the clinical program they are enrolled in and practices within the licensure requirements for the given imaging modality.

Requirements

• Must meet all requirements of the specified internship/training program.
• Currently enrolled in one of the following programs:
  • Radiology
  • Nuclear Medicine
  • Ultrasound
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Schedule

• PRN (as needed) position.
• Shift: Varies (Shift 4 – flexible schedule including days, evenings, and nights).
• Weekend work: Occasional.
• On-call: Not required.
• Remote work: Never.
