Responsibilities

• Affords assistance in the transportation of patients to, from, and throughout the Radiology department.
• Collects and reviews patient information in preparation for exams (medical review).
• Affords assistance in patient transfer, including lateral transfers to and from stretchers.
• Affords assistance in preparing Radiology rooms by cleaning, stocking, and setting up for exams.
• Utilizes internal and external communication systems (phone, secure messaging, paging system, fax, email) for internal and external communications.
• Delivers/transports imaging contrast, labs, and more to appropriate locations.
• Participates in continuous improvement activities.
• Performs other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 1-3 Years Directly Related Experience
• High School/GED
• Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
• PREFERRED: Enrolled in a healthcare related program, i.e. CNA, medical assistant, etc.

Full Time, Day Shift Monday-Friday 10am-6:30pm
