Imaging Support Specialist
Responsibilities
Aid in monitoring department production and operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and top-tier service delivery.
Oversee and assist with daily image-related tasks such as confirming missing images, generating client reports, and compiling missing document reports.
Collaborate with the Imaging Management team to manage production, address operational issues promptly, and report regularly to senior management.
Ensure adherence to established metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain departmental procedures to meet these standards.
Communicate with clients promptly and clearly regarding imaging issues, develop corrective action plans, and track resolution progress.
Research and resolve process gaps within the department, presenting findings to senior management for approval.
Train and coach staff to provide backup coverage for Imaging Specialists and enhance departmental efficiency.
Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage-related origination documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work with databases and information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of the organization and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.

Pay
$17.88 - $26.73 hourly.
Schedule
