Imaging Support Service Associate, Evening Shift

Join a dynamic team in a critical communication role within the imaging department. In this position, you will ensure timely and accurate dissemination of imaging results, coordinate patient care, and facilitate effective communication between radiologists, providers, and patients. Key Responsibilities Include Answering and directing calls related to urgent imaging findings.Serving as the primary contact for radiologists, providers, and nursing staff regarding critical results.Reviewing reports and notifying patients and referring physicians via secure messaging platforms.Managing the critical results tracker to ensure timely communication.Verifying MRI safety for outpatients with implantable devices and notifying providers of device interrogation issues.Collaborating with the Patient Connection Center for scheduling post-interrogation appointments.Managing outside imaging requests and performing basic office procedures to support daily operations. Qualifications Include High school diploma or GED.At least 1 year of call center, operator, dispatch, or related office experience. This is an on-site role based out of Atlantic Station.
