Imaging Support Service Associate, Evening

Join a healthcare team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes by managing timely communication of imaging results and coordinating patient care. Responsibilities Include Answering, locating, and directing calls related to urgent imaging results for providers.Serving as the primary contact for radiologists, providers, and nursing staff regarding critical findings.Reviewing reports and notifying patients and physicians via Epic secure chat, e-fax, and messaging systems.Maintaining the critical results tracker to ensure prompt communication.Verifying MRI safety for outpatients with implantable devices and notifying providers of device issues.Collaborating with the Patient Connection Center for scheduling post-device interrogation appointments.Managing outside imaging requests and performing basic office procedures to support daily operations. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required.At least 1 year of call center, dispatching, or related office experience. This on-site role offers schedule flexibility and a collaborative environment focused on patient care and team support.
