About the role

Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks on diagnostic medical equipment or specific medical devices. Inspect, test, replace, and adjust malfunctioning components and parts. Keep records of system problems and issues.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronic Technology, Imaging Service Technology, or a related field OR related military service OR three (3) years of relevant work experience in addition to the required experience.
• Two (2) years of demonstrated experience performing corrective and preventive maintenance on the following: General X-Ray, R&F room, C-Arms, Portables OR five (5) years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Must possess specialized training by manufacturer or third-party equipment repair in high-end equipment such as Diagnostic Imaging.
• Certified Radiology Equipment Service (CRES) certification preferred.
