Imaging Service Engineer III

About the role

The Imaging Service Engineer III is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for imaging equipment in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to imaging equipment.
• Train and mentor other technicians on new equipment and procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Document all work performed and communicate status updates to supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical imaging technologies such as CT, MRI, and X-ray.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging software and hardware.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in imaging equipment operation and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
