Imaging Service Engineer III

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Imaging Service Engineer to support Integris Health. The role is based at Integris Baptist Medical Center and involves servicing imaging equipment across all Integris locations.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and maintain high-end medical imaging systems
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and QA in compliance with ISO and regulatory standards
• Support imaging applications, software, DICOM, Windows, and Linux environments
• Partner with clinical teams to ensure system uptime and performance
• Provide onsite and remote technical support and escalate issues to OEMs as needed

Requirements

• 12+ years supporting high-end medical imaging equipment
• Required experience with GE CT/MR

Qualifications

• Strong technical, communication, and customer service skills
• Able to support a healthcare environment with occasional off-hours needs

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The position is on-site Monday-Friday.
