You will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity readiness while collaborating closely with clinical teams and mentoring colleagues. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced inspection, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and maintenance of diagnostic imaging and therapeutic radiation equipment (CT, MRI, X-ray, Cath Lab, Ultrasound, Mammography, and other systems from major OEMs).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support safety initiatives, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to Level I and II Imaging Engineers, fostering professional development and consistent performance.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to identify and resolve technology-related issues impacting patient care and workflow.
• Lead or contribute to cybersecurity efforts including risk assessment, incident response, strategy implementation, and compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission.
• Manage operational and fiscal responsibilities, including purchasing, resource planning, customer relations, and support of business development activities.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of related experience.
• Financial acumen to manage complex healthcare technology operations and drive results.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance with experience leading audits, remediation, and staff development.

Pay

$55.74 per hour - $72.13 per hour
