About the role

Sutter Health is expanding and seeks experienced Diagnostic Imaging Supervisors, Managers, and Directors to explore current or future leadership opportunities across its growing network in Northern California.

Responsibilities

• Drive patient access and experience
• Partner with physicians and clinical leaders
• Lead operational performance and growth initiatives
• Develop and mentor teams in both union and non-union environments

Requirements

• Progressive leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager, Director)
• Background in Diagnostic Imaging (modality experience flexible)
• Strength in operations, team development, and change management
• Data-driven mindset with strong execution and follow-through
• Ability to build strong relationships with physicians and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of diagnostic imaging modalities
• Leadership skills in a multidisciplinary environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: $161,616.00 to $258,585.60 / annual salary
